Our client has projects in Ireland, Europe and the UK and work across many sectors including Pharmaceutical, Power, Renewables, Commercial, Data Centres.

Requirements Degree Mechanical engineering, construction, or trade qualified.
5+ years of project management with a main contractor.
Experience in Data Centre or high-tech sectors preferred.
Strong communicator with excellent verbal, written, and cloud-based communication skills.
Responsibilities: Support the Contracts Manager in project management aspects, leading by example to uphold safety standards and high-quality work.
Take on-site leadership by implementing the safety plan, ensuring staff have the training and skills to work safely and professionally.
Plan and manage labour and material resources, oversee subcontractor performance, track progress, and address issues promptly while maintaining good working relationships.
Monitor and manage team performance, report and act on incidents, and ensure materials meet specifications before installation.
Implement the project quality plan, close out snag lists promptly, and assist in project handover and close-out.
Ensure all works meet the project scope, with any changes approved by the Project Manager.
