Manage Stock Orders and guarantee their successful delivery. Process orders to suppliers, ensuring receipt of order confirmations. Provide and oversee stock reports to ensure products and equipment availability is transparent. Keep track of stock depth to ensure it is on budget and hitting target. Stay on top of suppliers regarding delivered orders and orders yet to be checked and delivered Arrange the transfer of stocks between bonds where appropriate to ensure optimum stock availability. Provide reports on stock availability when required. In-depth data analysis for monthly PI Reports. Liaise with the management team and suppliers to nurture relationships at all levels. Effectively communicate with bond operations to ensure compliance with system demands. Be the key POC for Bond Operations, ensuring procedures and practices are kept in line with company policy Make clear plans for De-List management, communicating with the head of procurement regularly and keeping suppliers aware of obligations IDEAL CANDIDATE Relevant qualification in Supply Chain Management / Purchasing preferred. Solid understanding of WMS and ERP systems IT Savvy, fluent English communicator.
