Their success is a strong testament to the supporting divisions within the group such as Crane Hire, Plant Hire, Construction & Demolition, Steelworks, Haulage, and Waste Recycling.
As part of our ongoing growth, we are now looking to expand our team and have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join us on a part-time basis. We expect this role to be for 3 days per week. The exact days can be arranged by mutual agreement.

Requirements:
* Educational qualification in Digital Marketing and/or Marketing.
* 5 years relevant experience in digital marketing and content creation preferable.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices, algorithms, and trends.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
* Creative thinking and the ability to generate compelling content that resonates with our audience.
* Proficiency in social media analytics tools to track performance and derive actionable insights.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
* Ideally, you will have experience with a graphic design platform (e.g., Illustrator or Canva) to create social media graphics and other visual content.
* Team-oriented and highly collaborative.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance Tusker's presence across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
* Create engaging content tailored to our target audience, highlighting our diverse range of divisions and services available.
* Implement social media campaigns to promote products and services.
* Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback, ensuring timely and professional responses.
* Analyze key metrics and insights to evaluate the performance of social media efforts and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
* Collaborate with our team to brainstorm creative ideas and initiatives to drive engagement and increase brand awareness.
* Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, social media, email, and events, and track campaign progress.
* Develop and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials.
* Write and edit marketing copy for various purposes including website content, social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
* Lead a comprehensive events and sponsorship strategy.
* Cultivate and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing initiatives and collaborations.
* Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.
* Prepare, set up, and attend relevant events including career events and expos.
