We are seeking an expert in structural or geotechnical engineering to lead project teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure alignment with industry standards.
* Deliver structural or geotechnical design packages from concept to construction.
* Manage projects to meet quality, scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
* Develop and refine high-performance design methodologies.
* Integrate geotechnics, modelling, hydraulics, and marine ecology into holistic solutions.
* Guide, support, and coach junior engineers to grow their technical and professional skillsets.
* Promote a collaborative culture across the team.
* Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Translate technical complexities into actionable insights.
* Review all design outputs for accuracy, risk mitigation, and compliance.
* Improve internal design and QA processes.
