They are looking for an administrative assistant to join the team to help manage the day to day administration.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant professional to provide critical day-to-day assistance across various teams. This role involves organising administrative processes, coordinating communication, calendar management and scheduling for the CEO, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient office operations. The ideal candidate is resourceful, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
General Administration:
· Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, physical mail).
· Organise and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
· Handle data entry and maintain databases and contact lists.
· Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
Scheduling & Coordination:
· Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
· Organise internal and external meetings, including logistics and materials.
· Book travel and accommodation arrangements for staff as needed.
Office Operations:
· Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
· Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.
Required:
· Proven experience in an administrative, office assistant, or coordinator role.
· Excellent organisational and time management skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (excel, word etc)
· Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
