TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client in the public sector to recruit for a temporary Grade VII Senior HR Business Partner in Cork.Location: Cork CityPosition:Grade VII Senior HR Business PartnerHours:Full time 35 hours per weekPay:€60,613 to €78,795 per annum depending on previous relevant verified public sector experienceContract: Temporary 12 month fixed term contractRole OverviewThe successful candidate will support the delivery of HR strategy across designated departments within an acute hospital environment. The role involves partnering with managers and employees to provide expert HR support across Employee Relations, workforce planning, compliance, change management, and employee engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver HR strategy in line with organisational objectives.Act as the main HR contact for assigned departments.Support workforce and resource planning activities.Manage Employee Relations and Industrial Relations matters.Provide HR support on grievances, dignity at work, probation, audits, and change projects.Ensure compliance with HSE policies, employment legislation, and regulatory requirements.Lead and contribute to HR projects and quality initiatives.Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across departments.Promote employee engagement and organisational values.Essential CriteriaLevel 8 Degree (or higher) in HR, Business, Management, Coaching, or Law.Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a HR environment at HR Business Partner, Senior HR Generalist, or People Leadership level.Strong Employee Relations (ER) experience essential.Industrial Relations (IR) experience desirable.Experience supporting multiple stakeholders and leading HR initiatives.Hospital and/or public sector experience advantageous.Please apply with your updated CV at your earliest convenience.
