As a seasoned business development executive, you will be part of our Ireland sales team, overseeing customer acquisition and management across the region. Your focus will be on maximizing sales opportunities within assigned accounts and building productive relationships with key personnel.
* You will manage a portfolio of new and existing clients across all BioPharm markets, developing strategic partnerships with customers and identifying potential opportunities.
* Your responsibilities include delivering high-impact solutions valued by customers, proactively monitoring quality, and driving the growth of new accounts and existing ones.
To succeed in this role, you should possess an undergraduate degree in business administration, sales, or marketing, preferably accompanied by a Master of Business Administration. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management is also required.
Additional requirements include excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of full service offerings in the customer arena.
