Legal Secretary Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our team in Lisburn. This is a fantastic opportunity for a legal professional with relevant experience to work within Family Law.
The role will be performed Monday - Friday, with flexibility available if required. The successful candidate will work in a permanent position and have access to various incentives, including great benefits and flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist solicitors and other legal professionals in the preparation of court documents and case files.
* Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
* Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree in Secretarial Studies or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Legal Secretary in a similar environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
