Auxilionis a leading provider of IT outsourcing and managed services to global IT organisations. We are expanding our 24x7 Service Desk team and are looking for a dedicatedService Desk Engineerto support one of our key clients onsite.If you're passionate about delivering high-quality technical support and want to grow your career in a supportive, learning-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll DoRespond to and acknowledge event notifications promptly.Resolve incidents within agreed SLAs or escalate to Level 3 as needed.Proactively manage and resolve as many events as possible from the 24x7 Service Desk.Log all events and incidents accurately in the service management system.Triage incidents and record all relevant technical details.Escalate to additional support teams (including On-Call) when required.Perform routine checks, health audits, backups, and preventative maintenance.Manage access tasks: password resets, one-time password provisioning, etc.Ensure compliance with all client and IT Alliance policies (including security). What You Bring1-2 years' experience supporting/administering enterprise monitoring tools in a critical environment.1-2 years' experience supporting a range of IT systems and technologies.Strong knowledge of:Windows 10MS Office 2016 / Office 365Desktop, laptop & mobile hardwareVideo conferencing supportExcellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.Third-level qualification is a plus (not essential).
