Lead Nursing Director Position
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Lead Nursing Director to oversee our Older Persons Services in Dublin North County and City & West.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing management, with experience leading teams and developing policies and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build relationships with staff, patients, and stakeholders at all levels.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, able to analyze complex data and make informed decisions. They will also work collaboratively as part of a team, focusing on patient-centered care and improving health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
