We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to fill the role of Deputy Manager ROI in our Donegal Services. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in ensuring that individuals living with mental ill health, intellectual disability, autism, and addictions receive the support and care they need to thrive.

* About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our Donegal services, Cuan Naomh Maelrabh & Teach Lorna. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary ranging from €48,732.07 to €53,039.39 per annum, as well as flexible working options and a comprehensive benefits package.

* Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage our team of staff to provide high-quality care and support to service users

- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective care plans

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational policies

- Foster a culture of compassion, inclusion, and respect within the team
