Position: Chef de Partie
The Bonnington Dublin Hotel are looking to recruit a Chef de Partie who is a friendly dedicated individual with attention to detail. This ideal candidate must be passionate about food and providing an excellent customer experience. This role will suit an energetic individual who can work well in a team as well as on own initiative. The candidate must have the ability to deliver a high level of service in a professional manner.
Main Responsibilities:
· To prepare various dishes and foods as required for service.
· To assist in other kitchen departments as when required.
· Maintain consistent food standards.
· Aiding in achieving food budget cost controls and targets ensuring minimum food wastage.
· To operate in a safe and responsible manner with recognised techniques
· To ensure a high standard of personal hygiene
· Be prepared to undergo any training deemed necessary by the bar,
· To observe all Health and Safety Regulations as applicable to employees; Safety, Health & Welfare at Work Act 2000
· Any other sundry task not mentioned but within the scope of the jobs.
The Candidate:
· Must have at least 2+ Years of Chef De Partie experience.
· Full knowledge of HACCP Regulations and cleaning rotations.
· Excellent standards in food preparation and presentation.
· Must be flexible with regards to hours.
· Be capable of producing high quality food in a fast paced environment.
· Must be standards driven and detail oriented.
· Excellent command of spoken English.

Pay: From €34,000.00 per year
