Job Title: Office Administrator
We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our team. This is a key role within the business, supporting day-to-day office operations and ensuring the smooth running of administrative and financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing and issuing invoices
* Managing credit control and debtor follow-ups
* Processing payroll using BrightPay
* Completing VAT returns and general bookkeeping tasks using Thesaurus Accounts
* Maintaining accurate financial and administrative records
* Assisting with general office duties, filing, and data entry
* Liaising with drivers, clients, and suppliers as required
Skills & Experience Required:
* Strong computer and IT skills, including good knowledge of MS Office
* Experience with Thesaurus Accounts and BrightPay
* Previous experience in administration, accounts, or a similar role
* Knowledge of the haulage industry is a significant advantage
