Site Manager – RC Frame
Our client, a well-established and highly regarded contractor in the construction industry, is seeking a Site Manager to oversee a residential project in South Dublin.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an industry leader who has a significant pipeline of projects in the area.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on residential developments, with particular emphasis on RC (Reinforced Concrete) frame construction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.
Oversee all aspects of site safety, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and the site team to maintain effective communication and a smooth workflow.
Monitor site progress and quality standards, reporting to senior management.
Liaise with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
Ensure accurate site records and documentation are maintained.
Resolve any issues or challenges on-site promptly, maintaining project momentum.
Essential Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential construction projects.
Strong background in RC frame construction.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of health and safety procedures on-site.
Ability to manage a team and coordinate various stakeholders effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
