Our client, a private equity backed, international food business, are looking for a Group Tax Manager to join their team.
Reporting to the Group Head of Tax, you'll play a key role in managing corporate tax compliance across the Group, preparing year-end tax disclosures, overseeing tax forecasting and provisioning, and supporting tax aspects of acquisitions, reorganisations, and transfer pricing.
You'll partner with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions and manage external advisers to ensure efficient, compliant, and forward-looking tax processes.
