At PwC, the Transformation Office team plays a pivotal role in driving change across the Firm. They bring deep expertise in project and change management, helping to shape and deliver strategic initiatives. By assessing business needs and crafting people and organisational strategies, they support the successful implementation of change and foster continuous improvement. Their guidance helps PwC strengthen its workforce, boost employee engagement, and enhance overall organisational effectiveness.
In the area of change management and communications, you’ll help the Firm navigate transformation and connect effectively with stakeholders. Your role will involve partnering with the business to design change strategies, evaluate readiness, and develop communication plans that support smooth transitions. You’ll also contribute to initiatives around employee engagement, training, and cultural evolution—ensuring changes are embraced and resistance is minimised. As part of our team, you’ll collaborate with senior leaders to solve complex challenges and deliver lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities
 * Change Strategy: Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that support the Firm’s transformation agenda. Define success metrics and monitor change progress.
 * Stakeholder Management: Identify key stakeholders and build strong relationships across the Firm in Ireland and worldwide. Lead stakeholder analysis and engagement planning.
 * Change Impact Assessment: Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations. Identify and manage anticipated resistance.
 * Communications: Design and deliver effective communication plans tailored to different audiences.
 * Training: Collaborate with training teams to develop and deliver learning programs. Provide coaching and support to senior leaders and managers to help them fulfil their change leadership roles.
 * Change Adoption: Champion a culture of change and continuous improvement. Track and report on change adoption, engagement and effectiveness. Adjust strategies based on feedback and performance metrics.
 * Change Governance: Ensure change initiatives align with organisational policies, standards and regulatory requirements. Maintain documentation and audit trails for change activities.
Experience and Skills
 * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organisational Development or related field.
 * Minimum 6+ years of experience in change management or transformation roles.
 * Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) and tools.
 * Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
 * Proven ability to influence and lead across all levels of an organization.
 * Understanding of IT systems and architecture (e.g., ERP, CRM, cloud platforms).
Preferred Skills
 * Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci, APMG).
 * Experience in large‑scale transformation programs.
 * Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2).
 * Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
