We're looking for a highly motivated and strategic Talent Acquisition Lead
to join ICEC in the data centre industry.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can drive recruitment across technical, operational, and corporate functions.
You'll play a key role in shaping our workforce, managing end-to-end recruitment, and positioning ICEC as an employer of choice in the data centre sector.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the full recruitment life cycle across multiple disciplines and regions
Partner with leadership to understand workforce planning needs and create effective hiring strategies
Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, and direct headhunting for niche and technical roles
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical roles within the data centre industry
Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in competitive markets
Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application through to onboarding
Track, report, and analyse recruitment metrics to inform strategy and improve processes
Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies as needed
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within construction, engineering, or data centre environments
Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage top talent in technical and operational fields
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing senior leadership
Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple recruitment processes in a fast-paced setting
Experience using CRM and recruitment analytics tools
A passion for building strong teams and driving people-focused initiatives
Familiarity with international recruitment and compliance considerations is a bonus
