Corporate Services Leader & Finance Strategist
This pivotal leadership role involves overseeing Corporate Services, Finance, HR and Administration to ensure the organisation has strong systems, effective governance, and sound financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead on all aspects of finance and management accounting, ensuring budgets are managed effectively and income opportunities are maximised.
* Oversee HR and administration, embedding best practice and ensuring compliance with legislation.
* Provide strategic financial insight to colleagues and the Board, shaping decisions that drive the organisation forward.
* Ensure good governance and compliance, supporting the Board to meet all legal and regulatory responsibilities.
