The Assistant Manager plays a key role in achieving these standards, leading by example, embracing our entrepreneurial spirit, and inspiring their teams through passion for the brands.ResponsibilitiesLead store teams to generate sales and profit, minimize losses, and create an exceptional customer experience while ensuring the store is visually distinctive and impeccably maintained.Identify opportunities to grow the business and improve performance through collaboration with others.Maintain corporate visual merchandising directives and standards for sales floor and back room.Work with the visual merchandising team to ensure clear communication between VM and store teams.Partner with store management to build on business opportunities and achieve company standards and objectives.Focus on building quality relationships with customers and create a repeat customer base through unparalleled service.Complete daily/weekly store walkthroughs; evaluate product performance, pricing, staff service levels, and inventory levels.Communicate sales drivers and priorities to the Store Manager and develop weekly action plans for visual presentation and store improvements.Analyze store-level reports and create action plans to improve results.Assist with manpower planning, recruitment, interviewing, and hiring; recruit personnel with diverse perspectives and backgrounds.Work with the Store Manager to build bench strength for key positions, including possible successors.Participate in weekly management meetings and other staff meetings.Clearly communicate store and individual sales goals and performance expectations; provide guidance on improvements.Provide a great customer journey and achieve exemplary mystery shop results.About YouYou connect to consumers and have prior supervisory or specialist experience within a premium or luxury brand.You have people management experience and resolve conflicts effectively.You are an effective communicator who can cultivate belonging.You collaborate to win and recognize the contributions of others.You are courageous in giving feedback to promote positive change.You adapt quickly and work with pace.You are energetic, inspire trust, and have a strong presence on the shop floor.You approach issues with a can-do attitude and make informed in-store decisions.About PVHWe are brand builders focused on Calvin Klein and TOMMY HILFIGER, driven by values, scale, and global reach.
