About the Role:Are you a student in Dublin looking for flexible, part-time work that fits around your college timetable?We're a small family business called Night Owls Decorators. We maintain and refurbish properties across Dublin and are currently looking for two reliable students to join us in a hands-on role assisting with day-to-day maintenance and renovations.What You'll Be Doing:This is physical, practical work where you'll assist the owner directly. Tasks may include:Helping with renovations (e.g. sanding, paint prep)General painting and maintenanceClearing out houses, sheds, or moving furnitureBasic gardening and outdoor workFetching tools and keeping workspaces tidyWhat Makes This a Good Fit for Students:Flexible shifts: Choose between morning (approx. 8:00–12:00) or afternoon (approx. 13:00–17:00) shifts. Saturday work is also available if you want to pick up more hours.Weekly pay: You'll get paid at the end of each week.Bring a friend: If you have a classmate who's also looking for work, we're happy to consider you both.Work culture awareness: We're looking for candidates who understand the importance of punctuality, personal responsibility, and working within a team structure. A background in manual work, DIY, or technical skills is essential—we're not able to provide full training from scratch.Requirements:No driving licence required, but you must be able to get to various sites in Dublin by public transport (e.g. City Centre, Lucan, Adamstown, Portmarnock, South Dublin).Some experience with basic tools or practical tasks is helpful.You must be dependable and able to show up on time.
