This is a high volume administrative support role where you will have the opportunity to work with some of the best legal and professional talent in Ireland. The role will suit a candidate with some administration experience and good attention to detail who want to build a career as a Legal Administrator, therefore, wont suit FE 1 candidates. Update client information on the Matheson CRM and SharePoint systems. Be responsible for document management (printing, photocopying, making up files etc). Provide general administration and back up support to the team The Candidate: Experience in a high volume administration role (legal experience an advantage). IT literate with MS Office skills and capable of processing a high volume workload. Proactive, with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. You are highly reliable, conscientious, customer focused and a collaborative team player.
