The successful applicant will be joining an established team within the property management department.
The candidate must be proactive and capable of working on their own initiative, as well as providing administrative support to the team. They will demonstrate an understanding of service standards and key deliverables, proactively supporting and delivering excellent service to occupiers and the site team.
This role is public-facing, acting as a primary point of contact providing concierge services for the property from 11am to 7pm, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
1. Have a strong work ethic, proactive attitude, keen desire to learn, and willingness to take ownership of projects.
2. Check in arriving visitors and provide access using security and access control systems.
3. Act as a first point of contact for tenants and visitors, representing tenants and Savills in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
4. Operate the main reception phone system and inbox, responding to queries promptly.
5. Maintain daily administrative operations to support an efficient office environment.
6. Organise meetings when requested.
7. Schedule and communicate key dates and events onsite, liaising with the central management team to implement sustainable standards.
8. Ensure reception operations run smoothly, adhering to GDPR guidelines.

1. Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
2. Ability to prioritise, with good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent IT skills and software experience.
5. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Strong self-management, organisation, and administration skills.
7. High attention to detail.
8. Strong teamwork skills.
9. Experience in a concierge role or hospitality industry is desirable.
10. Commitment to continuous improvement in service delivery.
