Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Candidate Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, coordination, and administration, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This is a temporary maternity cover position.
Key Responsibilities:
* To coordinate the placement of staff with clients across the temporary staffing division.
* To adequately fill all open shifts in a timely manner and coordinate with staff and clients effectively.
* To keep in regular contact with clients to supply feedback on their requirements and check if any further requirements.
* To assist with employee queries to ensure that they are resolved without delay.
* To ensure all staff are fully compliant with company standards prior to placement with a client.
* To ensure all staff are following timesheet policy and procedural guidelines to ensure payroll efficiency.
* To deal with payroll enquiries directly from staff, liaising with payroll and delivering query outcome to staff to the best of ability.
* To work closely with the manager and provide feedback to assist with staff and client planning.
* To ensure all internal systems are being used to full capacity and that all contact with client and temp are logged adequately.
Requirements
* A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and follow up skills.
* The ability to listen and guide and coordinate staff efficiently.
* Strong planning and organisation skills.
* Ability to prioritise effectively and work to targets.
* Highly motivated and pride in what one does is key to success in this role.
* Cultivating relationships with existing clients and building new client relationships.
* Proficient user of Microsoft Office package.
* Commercial awareness.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
