Job Title: Chef de Partie
Hogs & Heifers, a renowned restaurant in Liffey Valley Shopping Centre, is seeking a full-time Chef de Partie to join their team.
The role involves working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, managing stock, and assisting the head and sous chef during service.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in professional cookery, good interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
* Work on different sections of the kitchen, hot and cold.
* Ensure food quality and production meet customer expectations.
* Help manage inventory and assist with kitchen health and hygiene procedures.
* Cook food to order and work with junior chefs on kitchen sections.
This is a permanent position with a salary of Euro 34,000 per annum and 39 hours of work per week.
