Key Responsibilities:
* Client Relationship Management: Lead a significant portfolio of key clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality assignments and advisory services while meeting agreed timelines and budgets.
* Business Development: Drive business growth through identifying and cross-selling opportunities, leading tender processes, and actively participating in business-winning initiatives.
* Team Leadership and Development: Manage and support a team of highly skilled professionals, promoting a positive talent experience, coaching team members on technical, commercial, and personal development.
* Quality Assurance: Provide strong technical guidance to the team, ensuring that assignments are conducted in line with the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
* Performance Management: Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department, ensuring objectives are met and results are achieved.
* Strategic Planning: Contribute to strategic planning within the department, supporting firm-wide initiatives to foster growth and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will be a qualified ACA/ACCA accountant with substantial practice experience at a senior level within a Top 10 firm. They should also possess proven leadership experience, excellent technical knowledge, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
