We are seeking a Funds Solicitor to join our Asset Management and Investment Funds team in Dublin.
The successful candidate will advise leading global asset managers, financial institutions, and investment firms across a broad range of investment structures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advise on the structuring and regulation of investment funds including UCITS, ETFs, private equity and hedge funds
* Manage fund-related transactions from start to finish
* Draft legal documents including fund constitutive documents and regulatory filings
