Early Years Educator / Montessori Teacher (Relief / Cover Role)
We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Educator / Montessori Teacher to join our team on a relief (cover) basis. This role involves providing support when a member of our team is on annual leave or out sick.
About the Role:
* Hours: Occasional / as-needed basis
* Notice: Sometimes short notice (for sick cover), other times scheduled in advance (for holiday cover)
* Setting: Montessori / Early Years environment
* Start Date: Ongoing flexible
Key Responsibilities:
* Create a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
* Support children's learning and development following Montessori and early years principles
* Work collaboratively with the existing team to maintain high-quality care and education
Requirements:
* Minimum QQI Level 5 (or equivalent) in Early Childhood Care & Education
* Montessori qualification desirable but not essential
* A genuine passion for working with young children
* Flexibility and reliability are essential
