About the Role We are seeking a proactive Customer Operations Executive to manage and coordinate customer-focused projects across the NVD group, including internal business units OGH and CAFCO. This role is key to ensuring effective collaboration between internal stakeholders and timely delivery of agreed outputs. Central to this will be maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency. At least 2 years in an admin or customer operations role. Proven ability to manage projects across multiple business units or companies is a plus. Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient with IT and CRM tools (Microsoft Office, Salesforce). Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. Adaptable and resilient in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Adhere to and comply with all technical, quality, health and safety and environmental processes, policies and procedures to 5S and ISO standards.
