About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, punctual, and highly organized Junior Office Assistant to join our friendly and growing team in Cashel, Co. Tipperary.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and enjoys working as part of a team. In this role, you will provide support across multiple departments — including Accounts, Logistics, Shipping, and Fleet Management — while also assisting in the preparation and design of offers, quotations, and price lists.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in a busy office environment and develop a broad skill set in administration and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide general administrative support to the Office Manager and team.
* Assist the Accounts Department with data entry, filing, and invoice tracking.
* Help design and prepare offers, quotations, and price lists for clients.
* Support Shipping and Logistics operations with documentation, scheduling, and communication.
* Maintain records for company fleet vehicles (insurance, maintenance, and fuel logs).
* Manage office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* Answer calls and emails in a professional, helpful manner.
* Work collaboratively with all departments and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
* Stay organized and proactive in managing multiple ongoing tasks.
Requirements
* Very reliable, punctual, and organized.
* Enjoys working as part of a team and supporting colleagues.
* Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Basic design or layout skills (e.g., Canva or similar tools) are a plus.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Previous office or administrative experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
