An exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Technician with aseptic or cleanroom pharma or biopharma experience to join a Leading Biologics Company in the West of Ireland. As a Manufacturing Technician, you'll handle all manufacturing tasks for NPI tech transfers for clinical manufacturing of small and large molecules. Your duties include - Manufacturing, Biologic Drug Product support and NPI/Project Management. You'll ensure drug product manufacturing complies with site and GMP procedures and meets global timelines.
Overview of your responsibilities (full job description available on request):
1. Prepare batches (vial washing, sterilization, area prep).
2. Work aseptically as required.
3. Perform compounding, filtration, and filling.
4. Collaborate with vendors on system improvements.
5. Prepare components and equipment for Grade A environments.
6. Operate multi-product suite, switching campaigns smoothly.
7. Conduct environmental monitoring.
8. Follow GMP and SOPs.
9. Review and contribute to technical documents.
10. Work with cross-functional teams (R&D, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, Validation).
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required for the Role:
11. Relevant qualification or 18-24 months in pharma/med device industry
12. Must know aseptic practices in clean rooms
13. Desired: Strong knowledge of GMP, quality systems, drug manufacturing, validation
