We are inviting applications for the part-time (30 hours/week across 5 days) role of Customer Relationship Management Administrator to support our CRM plans.


Main duties include:

1. Providing administrative support to the CRM team, including creating retailer communications and briefing customer care teams on campaigns.
2. Managing the ServiceNow system, handling queries related to the Real Rewards Campaigns, and ensuring SLA compliance.
3. Delivering excellent customer and retailer service with a solution-focused approach.
4. Supporting the end-to-end CRM process, including proofing vouchers and coupons prior to activation.
5. Collaborating with relevant teams to ensure CRM offers are active on the system.
6. Using CRM campaign systems effectively.
7. Developing and maintaining trackers for campaign planning.
8. Processing supplier purchase orders and retailer charge outs related to campaigns.
9. Safeguarding consumer data in line with GDPR standards.


Ideal candidate will have:

* At least 3 years in a fast-paced administrative role.
* Strong customer and retailer service experience with a solution-oriented mindset.
* Attention to detail and a right-first-time approach.
* High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise across teams and with external providers.
* Adaptability, prioritization skills, and ability to work independently or in a team.
* Flexibility to work during key periods of the year.
