Cashel Medical Centre have a vacancy for a Medical Administrator/Receptionist
The role will provide administrative and clerical support, ensuring effective delivery of services to patients. Producing quality administrative service in line with the highest professional practice.
This is a patient facing role that will involve:
Meeting and greeting patients in a professional and courteous manner
Implementation of methods ensuring the efficiency and quality of the administrative support
Making and receiving telephone calls and accurate record keeping
Updating patient management systems, booking and arranging appointments
Taking payments and completing paperwork
The ideal candidate will have excellent multi tasking skills and a professional patient centered approach
Medical experience is not essentials but a back ground in clerical would be an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €14.50-€16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
