Strategic Programme Manager for Outpatient and Ambulatory Care
The role entails the development and operational management of outpatient and ambulatory services. The position demands strategic leadership in delivering high-quality patient-centered care aligned with regulatory requirements and quality frameworks.
Key responsibilities include driving efficiency, standardizing processes, fostering collaboration among departments, and implementing service policies. This involves managing resources, facilities, and administrative operations to ensure optimal service delivery.
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess relevant qualifications in healthcare or a related field, preferably with a master's degree or higher. A minimum of 5 years of clinical or professional work experience in a healthcare setting is also required.
Candidates should have good knowledge of rehabilitation and care of individuals served by the programme, as well as experience in ambulatory/scheduled care administrative processes and procedures.
A qualification in a relevant clinical area validated by the Department of Health is desirable. Additionally, at least 3 years of management or supervisory experience in health or rehabilitation services, including line management of staff, is preferred.
Working knowledge of various quality control and accreditation standards, project management, and health service developments is also highly valued.
