Job Description
As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to coordinate various supply chain projects and manage material flows. Your responsibilities will include leading supply chain projects, liaising with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, identifying and gathering necessary resources, monitoring activities, and allocating tasks to meet targets.
You will also work closely with Supply Chain and cross-functional teams to ensure material availability and timely delivery. Additionally, you will co-coordinate material requests for validation and engineering runs, prepare and present regular reports on project updates, material supply, and inventory levels.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A minimum of NFQ Level 7 or equivalent qualification.
* At least 2 years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
* SAP experience is preferred.
* Excel experience is also preferred.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Project Management experience is highly desirable.
