About the Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Procurement Category Manager, responsible for shaping and accelerating our digital, data, and eCommerce transformation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Transformation Partner: Play a key role in articulating the journey and vision of our digital, data, and eCommerce transformation, aligning collaborators across the business through your unique external view.
2. Category Leadership & Sourcing Strategy: Lead category and sourcing strategies that improve value and ROI. Ensure outcomes-based implementation of commercial elements of spend with suppliers and agencies.
3. Ecosystem & Market Intelligence: Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners to provide market insight informing strategy development.
4. Create programs delivering productivity targets aligned with procurement objectives by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing Digital Transformation Teams Finance Legal Compliance Staff Suppliers Business Partners Central departments/locally based platforms authority relations lead establishing strategic networking influencing champion integration senior stakeholders aims proactively generating timely clarity necessary understanding confluence efforts web supporting operations forward accountability connected incentive p organic opportunity complementary synergy crucial their entities start participating recommendations documenting obligation compliance develop competency developmental.
