Job Description
We provide care and support to children and adults with disabilities, as well as those with autism.
Our aim is to empower each individual to reach their full potential in partnership with families and caregivers within the community.
* Support instructors and social care leaders in planning, developing, implementing, and reviewing programs for people with disabilities.
* Offer personal care services such as clothing, feeding, toileting, and general hygiene to individuals who utilize our services.
* Familiarize yourself with individual interests, preferences, abilities, and means of communication.
* Treat all individuals with dignity and respect at all times.
* Promote independence and foster a friendly and supportive environment.
* Report accidents, incidents, and complaints appropriately.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be involved in recreational activities, advocating for individuals, ensuring confidentiality, and contributing positively to the development of our organization and its services.
