Key Responsibilities
include managing cybersecurity engagements, leading inspections and assessing regulatory impacts on the organization.
Key accountabilities:
* Lead complex projects ensuring they are completed within scope, time, and budget. Coordinate with teams to support objectives.
* Oversee regulatory compliance for cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and standards.
* Assess the impact of regulations on the organization's cybersecurity function, providing insights and recommendations to mitigate risks.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination on cybersecurity initiatives.
* Develop a strong understanding of technology and data processes including IT Service Management, Technology Delivery Lifecycle, Data Quality, Storage, and Retention.
* Monitor and manage risks associated with cybersecurity projects and activities, implementing controls to mitigate potential threats.
* Build strategic relationships with key partners across technology and data teams, acting as a trusted advisor to support stakeholders in managing technology risks.
What You Bring
Required skills and qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in IT, particularly in project management and cybersecurity domains.
* Experience engaging with regulatory bodies and managing compliance with cybersecurity regulations.
* Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of IT risk management approaches and/or frameworks.
* Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate effectively to a non-technical audience.
* Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
