Company Overview:
They are a well-established engineering company based in Dublin 17, operating a busy sales office that supports both trade and customer operations. They are currently seeking a reliable and efficient Office Sales Administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* General office duties including typing, filing, and handling daily correspondence
* Answering incoming calls and handling customer enquiries and orders
* Processing invoices, order dockets, and credit card payments
* Dealing with customers at the trade counter
* Arranging shipments and handling associated documentation
* Monitoring and responding to daily emails
* Using Opera 3 software to process transactions (training will be provided)
Requirements:
* Previous office administration experience is essential
* Experience using Opera 3 software is an advantage, but not essential
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy office environment
