Job Description: Marketing Operations Specialist (Maternity Cover)
Location:Europe, Remote/Hybrid
Job Type:Contract, Maternity Cover 12-18 Months
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Marketing Operations Specialist to join the European Marketing Operations team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave. The successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing automation programs and the ability to manage multiple marketing technologies simultaneously.
The Marketing Operations Specialist works as a member of a team that supports our field marketing teams across Europe on their campaign execution. The role is essential in ensuring our Marketing engine works smoothly providing excellent support and guidance throughout to a multitude of stakeholders whilst also driving and maintaining central team projects for the benefit of the wider organization.
This role requires a professional and open demeanor, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals and service level agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and execute marketing automation programs using Marketo.
* Develop and implement email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing programs, landing pages, and other automated workflows per stakeholder requirements.
* Proactively monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights, reports, and recommendations for optimization.
* Facilitate multiple marketing technologies to support marketing initiatives and campaigns (Zoom, 6Sense, Outreach, plus others).
* Provide solution guidance on marketing campaign management and lead lifecycle processes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams locally, regionally and globally to ensure alignment and integration of marketing automation efforts.
* Build and provide training content and sessions to better enable our Field users.
* Contribute to team goals and SLAs, providing support and expertise as needed.
Requirements
* Proven experience with marketing automation programs. Specific Marketo experience an advantage but not essential.
* Proven experience in managing multiple marketing technologies simultaneously. Be a quick learner and adopter of our marketing technologies.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
* Professional and friendly manner, with excellent communication skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Self-sufficient and able to work independently. Flexible to changing requirements with a strong team ethic.
* Ability to analyze Marketing data and provide actionable insights.
* Occasional travel may be required.
* Excellent English language proficiency essential.
