€65,000 – €70,000

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all daily operations, ensuring consistent excellence across every area of the store
* Partner with the Store Manager to hit sales, margin, and service goals
* Lead and inspire department managers and their teams to achieve their full potential
* Analyse KPIs, identify growth opportunities, and implement actionable improvements
* Manage budgets, control costs, and drive overall profitability
* Ensure compliance with all company, health & safety, and food safety standards
* Maintain exceptional store presentation, merchandising, and product availability
* Build a strong, motivated team culture through communication and development
* Take a hands-on approach to recruitment, training, and succession planning
The Ideal Candidate:
* 5+ years' experience as a Store Manager or in senior grocery retail management
* Proven ability to lead large teams and manage multi-department operations
* Excellent commercial acumen with a solid track record of delivering KPIs
* Strong leadership and communication skills with a proactive, can-do attitude
* Passionate about people, retail excellence, and creating a best-in-class customer experience
* Flexible to work across varied store hours, including weekends when required
