Programme Manager GRC
Job Description:
This role spearheads the GRC workstream, focusing on Roles and Authorisations, the GRC framework, and Security readiness for deployment. The successful candidate will lead the GRC workstream, driving forward key initiatives to improve governance, risk management, and compliance.
* Lead SAP role design, manage Segregation of Duties (SoD), align design with business operations, and support UAT.
* Implement and embed the GRC framework, track and report compliance KPIs, manage audit evidence, and drive risk mitigation strategies.
* Oversee SSO implementation, review and analyse testing reports, triage and resolve security issues, and manage critical deployment blockers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of governance, risk management, and compliance principles, and experience in implementing SAP systems.
Additionally, the successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess a high level of analytical and problem-solving skills.
