Cpl HR Recruitment are looking to speak with experienced HRIS Analysts for 12-month maternity cover contract. This role offers flexibility and the chance to lead HR system optimisation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and enhance HRIS functionality (BambooHR).
2. Roll out new features and self-service tools.
3. Ensure data accuracy and compliance through regular audits.
4. Deliver HR reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI and Excel.
5. Support employee lifecycle updates and provide system training.
What We're Looking For:
6. 2–5 years' HRIS or HR analytics experience.
7. Strong technical and reporting skills (Power BI, Advanced Excel).
8. Familiarity with BambooHR or similar systems.
9. Experience with Gender Pay Gap reporting and EU Pay Transparency compliance.
