Site Manager (Refurbishment) – Dublin
DOE: €65k – €70K
Job Overview:
Recruiting for an experienced Site Manager with Restoration/Refurbishment experience for projects in the Dublin area. The successful candidate will require a minimum of 5+ year's construction experience along with excellent knowledge of the latest building regulations.
Job Summary:
* Supervision of of sub-contractors and labourers on site.
* Inspect sub-contractor work and sign-off.
* Working closely with company Project Managers.
* Report to contracts manager/management team regularly on progress and information request.
* Management and control of day-to-day Health and Safety standards.
* Co-ordinate tasks according to priorities and plans.
Qualifications and Experience:
* A Degree in Construction Management or Trade Qualification (e.g. Carpentry) is desirable.
* 5+ Years of Construction Management or Foreman Experience on site.
* Proven track record in refurbishment or fit out projects is essential.
* Ability to build & maintain effective relationships.
