Transaction Legal Director Job
This is a senior-level opportunity for an experienced aviation lawyer who enjoys driving transactions from negotiation through execution in a fast-paced, international environment.
* Negotiate and draft complex commercial agreements with airlines, financiers, manufacturers, and other counterparties.
* Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams (commercial, technical, finance, trading, and risk) to ensure seamless transaction execution.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A qualified law degree in a common law jurisdiction (e.g., Ireland or the UK).
* Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in aviation finance or aircraft leasing transactions.
