About the Role
Our Sales Development Representatives are driven professionals who play a vital part in generating new business opportunities and fueling our sales pipeline.
1. Prospecting and uncovering new leads to drive growth and awareness for our market-leading cloud Security solutions.
2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize strategic target accounts within defined territories.
3. Researching and expanding existing accounts through proactive outreach and strategic communication.
4. Conducting high-level conversations with senior executives at prospect accounts to effectively evangelize Okta's value proposition.
5. Achieving monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business.
This role requires strong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as excellent teamwork capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for covering the CEE region and communicating primarily in German.
