A Day in the Life
Atrial fibrillation affects over 33 million people worldwide and is the most common serious arrhythmia. With the acquisition of the Affera Mapping and Ablation System and our Pulse Select PFA ablation system, we aim to provide innovative solutions for unmet needs in cardiac care. We are seeking a talented Therapy Account Specialist to support the growth of our cardiac ablation business.
This role involves working with innovative products and technologies in cardiac arrhythmia, providing expert clinical and technical support, and training physicians and EP Lab Staff on the use of our systems. The position includes driving sales, providing service, and assisting clinical procedures in Ireland, along with implementing professional sales strategies and technical training.
Responsibilities
* Provide clinical and technical assistance to physicians and EP Lab Staff on the use of our systems
* Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, installations, and maintenance to ensure technology acceptance
* Develop and maintain strong professional customer relationships
* Maintain comprehensive clinical and technical product knowledge, including competitive products
* Manage high-stress situations with a problem-solving approach
* Participate in territory reviews with the Sales Manager
* Act as a liaison between sales and technical teams
Required Knowledge and Experience
* Bachelor’s degree or higher
* Knowledge of Electrophysiology
* Background in Cardiology or as a Cardiac Physiologist
* Excellent communication and influencing skills
* Positive attitude with entrepreneurial spirit
* Valid driver’s license
Knowledge of 3D Mapping systems is a plus.
