Your new role
* Processing weekly payroll for one division and monthly payroll for another
* Uploading pension payments and managing payroll-related benefits
* Maintaining accurate employee payroll files
* Tracking company vehicles and BIK for drivers
* Liaising with external payroll provider
* Ensuring compliance and attention to detail across all payroll activities
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience managing payroll
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Familiarity with Iris HR or similar systems
* IPASS qualification or equivalent experience preferred
* Ability to liaise confidently with external providers and internal HR/Finance teams
* A proactive, organised approach to problem-solving and process improvement
