Night Manager The Hardiman Hotel is currently recruiting a Night Manager.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the smooth and secure running of the hotel during night hours.
Manage night audit procedures and ensure accurate reporting.
Provide excellent guest service and handle any late check-ins or queries.
Ensure safety, security, and compliance with all procedures overnight.
Lead the night team and coordinate handovers with day staff.
Requirements: Previous experience in a night supervisory or management role in hospitality.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and handle emergencies calmly and efficiently.
Knowledge of front office systems and night audit processes an advantage.
