Sales Director - €120k + Pension + Company car. About the Company My client is a Dublin-based security services provider entering a bold and ambitious growth phase across mixed property e.g PRS asset sectors. Built on a strong operational platform and a loyal client base, the business is now primed to scale nationally. To lead this next chapter, the company is seeking an exceptional commercial leader to define strategy, drive revenue growth, and position the business as a leading force in the Irish security and facilities management market. The Opportunity This role is designed for a commercially driven Sales Director who wants more than a title someone seeking ownership, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact. As Sales Director, you will take full responsibility for the companys commercial strategy, leading sales performance across manned guarding (manguard) services, integrated security solutions, and facilities management services (both hard & soft FM). You will manage and develop the sales team function while playing a key role in shaping the companys long-term growth and market positioning. Recent and strong demonstrable experience in the sale of manned guarding security services and facilities management (hard & soft FM) is ESSENTIAL. Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial & Strategic Leadership Define and execute the companys overall sales and growth strategy in line with expansion objectives Drive revenue growth across security (manned guarding) and facilities management service lines Identify new market opportunities, sectors, and geographic expansion across Ireland Business Development & Sales Growth Lead the identification, pursuit, and conversion of new business opportunities, including national contracts, frameworks, and strategic partnerships Maintain a strong personal involvement in high-value bids and senior-level client engagements Build long-term, high-value relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders Sales Team Leadership Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance standards, ensuring accountability and consistent delivery Coach and mentor the team to strengthen capability in selling manned guarding and FM services Tenders, Pricing & Commercial Control Lead pricing strategy, tenders, bids, and contract negotiations Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and commercial performance reporting Ensure contracts are commercially viable, competitive, and aligned with operational capability Operational Collaboration Work closely with operational and service delivery teams to ensure seamless mobilisation, service excellence, and client retention Support contract profitability and long-term client satisfaction Market Positioning & Industry Awareness Strengthen the companys market presence and reputation across the security and facilities management sectors Maintain awareness of Irish security regulations and PSA requirements (knowledge advantageous) Candidate Profile The successful candidate will bring: Proven experience selling manned guarding (manguard) services essential Strong background in selling security services and facilities management (hard & soft FM) Minimum 5 years senior commercial or sales leadership experience within security or FM Demonstrated success in winning tenders, securing national accounts, and driving business growth Experience leading and managing a sales team Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, margin control, and contract negotiation Knowledge of the Irish security market; PSA experience is an advantage Ability to operate with autonomy, ownership, and strategic authority Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Whats on Offer Full autonomy to define and execute the companys commercial strategy A pivotal leadership role with direct influence over the organisations growth and direction Opportunity to lead national expansion across Ireland Competitive executive-level remuneration package A long-term, career-defining role within a growing security and FM business Skills: sale of manned guarding security services sales of facilities services people management sales leadership Benefits: Pension & Company Car
