The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, including phone calls, meetings and client communication.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, experience as a typist and proficiency in computer software.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage calendars and diaries
* Prepare documents and letters using audio typing equipment
* Support file management and maintenance
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Practice Evolve or similar systems an advantage
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High level of initiative and problem-solving skills
